We source from all major meat production centres; procuring and supplying product in line with niche farming standards, plant accreditations, and feed schemes, always focused on giving our customers flexibility and assurance of quality and supply.

In recognition of more complex customer demands, our range of added value items include portion cut products as well as minced and diced. We pride ourselves on the ability to source or place any part of the animal or carcass.

With a global supply network, we source products cost-effectively, offering flexible supply options that mitigate market and currency risks. We provide a full range of beef items for both Western and Eastern markets, plus added-value products like cooked primal cuts and minced beef.

We pioneered pork exports from the UK and USA to the Far East and ribs to the USA, while importing prime cuts into the EU. Expanding into processed items, we now partner with major global restaurant chains and distributors.
